How do I determine if the DNR is in charge of a piece of land? I’m thinking about hiding some caches and need to know if the land is under DNR control. FWIW it is on the IAT.

Using the supplied link, the land I was looking for wasn’t listed but the Town’s map states part of the conservancy is WI DNR Wetlands.

The Town clerk stated no forms were needed but I don’twant to experience the wrath of the DNR for palcing a micro anywhere it shouldn’t.

Are WI DNR Wetlands separate in some way?

i dunno if that is what you are looking for or not

You could always send in the form, it wont hurt if its not on there land like the clerk said.

This was a better map to reference. Thanks
