I happend to click the right couple of links and found:

    http://dillingerdays.bbnow.org/events.php

being held in Manitowish Waters this summer. If you are really into it there is a long standing rumor that dillinger stashed $200,000 somewhere near Little Bohemia while escaping the hail of gunfire….use your geocaching skills and you might get lucky.

Anyone else find it ironic that Northern Highlands Community Foundation who is supposedly all about GIVING is holding an event recognizing an individual who was all about STEALING?

Perhaps. To some he was the devil, and others, a hero; a hood of the ‘Robin Hood’ variety.

Also, perhaps Johnnie D. is finally being made to give back, and through the Foundation, where “The focus of the Foundation is to produce events that will raise money to benefit our community.” Just a thought.

    Nicely worded HP2.
