Just bought my first geocoin from the geocoin store. Not my own design, but I think it looks pretty neat. It’s the Axial Intervals – Winter Solstice coin. I got two of them (one to keep and one to send out into the world). I might buy the other ones later, but that one just stood out to me for some reason.

These are really nice! there are four coins in the set.
there is a cointest in the GC geocoin forums too. giving away 1 of each coin. read the thread and see what you need to do.

Yup, the thread is actually what steered me towards them. There will be four winners and they will each get one of the designs in a special edition (designer edition, I think.) To enter the cointest, you need to create and hide a cache honoring the summer solstice and have it go live on June 21st. You post a linky in the thread and cross your fingers 😀
Just got my coins today. Absolutely beautiful. Now to get one of them out in the world 😀
