I’m a little confused on how to get a pocket query file (and if someone can suggest good software to open them with would be great as well!)

When I search a zip code and pull up the list of caches, is there a way to do a query for more than just that page? Or do I have to do a separate query for each page? When I check caches on the first page and try to check some on the 2nd page before requesting a file it un-checks the ones from the first page.
