We will be starting a couple of new committees in the coming weeks to work on our 2011 events, and will need volunteers for all of them. Also, each of our standing committees are now able to take additional volunteers.

I will post details on each request seperately, and will start with soliciting volunteers for our campout May 20 – 22 at Hartman Creek in Waupaca.

This is the committee that will make the decisions and work on making our 2011 campout successful.

You do not need to live close to Waupaca to serve on the committee, though I do hope that many of those who live in that general area volunteer to help us out.

The general plan for the campout, is group camping available Friday and Saturday. A social gathering during the day Saturday, as well as new caches in the area to find. A pancake breakfast Sunday morning. I have also already talked to the ranger about doing a mustard pull, and we hope to include that component as well. The committee will be charged with developing that general plan into specifics.
