If you are in Milwaukee, you might want to check out this “event”.
10/17/2010 at 5:22 am #1937546thats awesome, thanks. Its cool to see caching getting more into the mainstream and limelight. So do you have to be the FTF on those caches to get anything? That sure makes it a challenge.
10/17/2010 at 2:41 pm #1937547I kind of think that is the case too. I ran across this last night on my Facebook account.
10/18/2010 at 4:54 pm #1937548I found one of the frogs hidden for today. You must be FTF because the frog is the cache. I will let everyone know what the prize is when I redeem it. 😀
10/18/2010 at 7:17 pm #1937549I just hope that anyone interested in trying geocaching doesn’t think that you always take what you find. This really isn’t truly geocaching and they probably shouldn’t be using that name. It’s more of a gps related scavenger hunt. It has happened to me twice that a new cacher that didn’t fully understand how the game is played actually took the entire container. One time they did leave something thogh. They left an umbrella. I still have never figured that one out yet.

Congratulations! I was hoping to go out this morning, but was too tired to drive that far.
10/19/2010 at 10:32 pm #1937554We found one this morning in Hales Corners Park after my kids doctor’s appointments. It was a drive, but it was worth it when my youngest found it. We’re looking forward to going to the museum next week.

Congrats. I hope you get tix for “Frogs”. The kids will love it. Be forewarned there are no red eyed tree frogs in the exhibit.
10/30/2010 at 4:41 am #1937556The prize is one ticket to see the Frogs exhibit.
