I have a travel gnome geocoin and a summer 2005 north dakota geocoin that I don’t have an activation code for. I have tried to find them both on coinsandpins.com, oakcoins.com, and coincodes.com with no luck. Are there any other suggestions where I can try to find these 2 codes? I have held onto these coins for a while and want to get them activated so they can get out into the world.
for the travel gnome it looks like http://www.oakcoins.com/activate
should be the place. Be sure that you have the numbers/letters correct.
8 vs B, O vs 0, etc. this is often the issue.
GC forums mention the ND 2005 coins are not trackable. Do they say
Track this coin on Geocaching.com or Trackable at Geocaching.com?

I got the code for the gnome…thanks!
The ND coin has what appears to be a tracking code on it. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help also!

This is a picture of the coin that I have. On the side with the snake there is the box, and it has a number that looks like a tracking number. Perhaps its like a number of how many were made and the number this is in the series like some paintings have?
58623 is the zip code for Bowman ND, probably where that zoo is. If there is a code in that bottom silver rectangle box that is were the tracking number would go i would guess.

I saw other photos of the coin and the lower box is a number like a tracking code but if the coin does not say Trackable on GC.com, it is not trackable. Is there anything printed on the edge of the coin?
I suspect that the ND # is the number of the coin in the minting and not a tracking code.
still a cool coin.

I think you are right. There is nothing saying its trackable. Perhaps I will attach a TB to it and send it out. At least now I know. Thank you so much for your help!
