I am looking for a non-ferrous sphere that does not float, screws apart or can be drilled and tapped to put a plug into. It does not need to be waterproof but that would be nice, and it needs to be able to stand up to being dropped 3-4 feet and of course wisconsin winters. I was thinking I could drill and tap an aluminum sphere but have no idea where i would get one. Other ideas anyone?

That may just work, I was thinking 2-3 inches so that gives me lots of options! Thanks!
