I haven’t seen any fish go by yet, but once again it’s time to start checking out the Wolf River cam for this year’s walleye run.

Mr. RT and the boys are fond of these camera ustream events. I typically wake up to the sound of the Decorah Iowa eagle or the owl in CA that they watch . It’s like watching paint dry, but the simplicity and naturalness of it all is quite intriguing…..

I’ll add this to the list 😉

We just saw the first eagle hatch.

Just a chance sighting as my daughter and were talking about it. We pulled up the site and the eagle starting shifting around and then stood up. Underneath was a hatchling 1/2 out of the shell.

Tired of watching the eagles? I just caught some nice action on the Shiocton 1 cam, some walleyes, some not. (Oh, yeah… some big leaves, too.)

I have always thought it would be funny to buy one of those Halloween fake severed heads and float it by one of these cameras.

The walleyes are really moving on Shiocton 1. Must have seen twenty of them go by in less than a minute!
