I did a search for “placing” and didn’t find anything relevant in the first page of hits or two so I hope this isn’t redundant.

I am wanting to place my first cache and as I gleaned from some other caches in Madison I’m supposed to email “[email protected]” for permission. I did that several days ago and haven’t heard back. Do I have the right address and/or am I even doing it the proper way?

    Thanks!

If you do not hear back from Rhonda in a week then assume that your placement will be ok. You usually do not hear back from her unless it is not ok for that spot.

Rhino777, Rhonda has relenquished her position as liason for the Madison parks. The WGA is looking into the issue of replacing her or if the position needs to be replaced. We have inquired to the Parks department but have not had a reply.

Team Deejay, can you give some direction?

The Commander told me that he was stepping up to try and be the contact for us, so we chatted with him, and cited him as our “approver” for the 2 caches we recently placed in Madison parks.

The reason the page hasn’t been updated is that Steve is still working with the bureaucrats in Madison. Hopefully we will get more information this week.
