A new CITO event was just published for OCTOBER 14TH in Wauwatosa, just west of Milwaukee, in Hoyt Park. Hoyt is a wooded park along the Menomonee River with walking trails, a playground, and picnic areas.

It starts at 1PM and will be over well before the Packer game later that evening. It’s being co-hosted by livingtoplay, Boulder7, WisJanine, and Hack1of2. About a dozen new caches have been placed for the event.
To many’s disbelief, Hack1of2 has placed 8 caches for the event, more than doubling their total caches hidden. 8) 8)
Fortunately, CITO events don’t require raking or picking up leaves. 😉
What is in the giftbags
It’s a surprise
How’s the crime in that area? I know Tosa has had problems in the past.
Wauwatosa’s never been much of a high crime area, since it’s a suburb just outside of Milwaukee. My wife would feel perfectly comfortable walking around alone, and often has. The event itself is in a park area next to Wauwatosa’s swimming pool (closed for the season) and a golf course, in a very safe area.
@fitbobcat the goodie bags have a variety of cheap stuff in them, suitable for swag to place in caches, and one I think might have a million dollars in it 8)
