The location and dates have been chosen for the 2013 WGA Spring Campout. The event will be held on May 17-19 at Interstate State Park.
We are currently discussing plans with the Minnesota Geocaching Association to make this a joint event. With the combined resources of the WGA and the MnGCA, this will be an event you won’t want to miss.
As usual, the WGA has reserved the group campsites which will be available to geocachers for a nominal fee. There is a link on the Interstate State Park webpage, http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/name/interstate/ to reserve individual campsites if you prefer.
Night caches will be back! We’re working on a few ideas to make sure this remains a WGA Campout tradition. It’s not too early to start planning your night cache.
We’ll also be hosting the Sunday morning WGA Pancake Breakfast as usual.
