I’m trying to setup a new cache and every time I hit continue on the page where you select the container size and the D/T I get this message.

“Please provide a valid cache container size”.

I select one again and the same thing happens again. I have had this problem periodically ever since they went to the new format. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

I have never had that problem, but just to be sure, I set up a new cache page just now. It worked for me. I did see that there is the option of using the “old” version of writing up a cache, so maybe you could use that. I don’t see a big advantage to using the newer set-up , and if it’s giving you trouble, use the old one.

It would be nice to know why this is happening when you try the new format, though. It’s not like you don’t know what you’re doing after all of your hides! Maybe others can chime in here.

Finally got it to accept and get beyond that page, but it took about a half dozen tries. I don’t know a lot about computers. As long as I can get caches loaded and logged I consider it to be working properly. Why else would you buy a computer. I have had some quirky problems with this new laptop with Windows 8.

    There’s your problem. 🙂

    Ok, that wasn’t helpful.

I could add “Get a Mac”, but I don’t think that was what TBC had in mind.
