      I am moving out of state and have a problem. I have a dozen or so caches that I created which are my favorites. I put a lot of time into these caches and find it hard to just give them up for adoption. I also find it hard to just shut them down. What to do?

        Peach,
        We will adopt the Red Herring Mish Mash. We spent so much time trying to solve, and we would like to see other caches feel our frustration and the euphoria once it is solved.

          As much as we enjoyed the Sailor Jerry series, we are challenged to keep up with our own cache maintenance these days. Plus it doesn’t seem right to have anyone else owning those!

              that is the problem. giving them to someone else just doesn’t seem right. shutting them down isn’t any better of an idea. The Sailor Jerry series, and others, took a good chunk of my time to create and i’m kinda proud of them. My gigantic head (ego) just won’t let go. anybody want to adopt them and leave them in my name? haha. might be the only way out.

                  I agree with Gotta Run. I loved the Sailor Jerry series. I would adopt them and keep them in your name but I am in Menasha so I don’t know that I would be able to get up there often enough if they needed checking on, especially the Sturgeon Bay.

                          All of my caches have now been adopted or archived. We had a good run Wisconsin.
