“I am deeply saddened to be the one to inform our little group that we have lost one of our own this morning. Linda Fawn has passed away. She was in a car accident this morning heading out to day of caching. May she now find them all in record time. For those who would like info on funeral arrangements please PM me and as soon as I know I will let you know. Rest In Peace Linda Fawn.”

Very sad…..it could have been any of us. The article said inattentive driving was a contributing factor. A reminder to us all to pay attention….

I don’t believe we ever had a chance to meet Linda Fawn, but she’s been a part of our little community for several years and we’ve even been privileged to find a few of her caches. Our thoughts go out to her family. I hope the beauty of their memories salve the pain of their loss.
So sorry to hear this..our hearts go out to her family and friends.
I don’t believe I ever met her. How sad. Thoughts and prayers go out in this tragic situation.
I got to meet Linda while doing a cache in her front yard during cache bash. Very unfortunate news, and condolences sent to her family.
I met Linda at WB Cache Ba$h this year. We cross paths a few times on Friday and Saturday. At the event on Saturday we discussed the WI Delorme and County Challenges and she was telling me about a cache to avoid. I was very saddened to hear of her passing. My condolences to her family & friends.
