I am going on a much needed vacation next month to Brugge Belgium. I am planning to do some geocaching while there, hoping to log my 3000th find. Does anyone have a source for street maps for a Garmin Oregon 550 that I can download, preferably for free? I’ll be there 10 days, and don’t want to shell out for maps I’ll probably never use again. Thanks.
I don’t have a source but I do know there are cheapfree map downloads out there for Garmin. I think Benny may know about how to get a Europe chips or somewhere in the forums there is postings on where to download maps.
CodeJunkie, do you remember where to find the maps?
I also know someone with a trackable that would like a lift to Belgium

Have used these in our 550 in the states and they worked great, they even are route-able in the US, not sure if they work in Europe that way
Have you looked at your map to see if they have it loaded? My Magellan says it’s only loaded with US/Canada, but this summer I was pleasantly surprised to see all of Europe was loaded as well. I had never zoomed in close enough to see everything was already in place.
