WELL IT’S ABOUT TIME 🙂
As the question is written, I believe that while there is no way to make an official decree on the issue, I would say personally, that yes, puppies and kittens are cute. Now I remember the question a little different as to Which is cuter, puppies or kittens and IMHO Puppies are generally cuter than kittens, not that all puppies are cute and that all kittens are not as shown by photos posted to this question in past years which I am certain could show up at any time.
Of course, I could put forth a motion to the current board and make it official but it would need majority vote and I am not sure that the motion could pass.
