I was recently invited to be part of a new venture, kind of a collective of women with varied outdoor interests. I met the instigator through birding, and she invited me to be the geocaching girl. I just posted my first blog entry for this venture, which she has high hopes to grow over time into something more than just blogging.
Many have done the cache I chose to feature, so I thought I’d share it here. Feel free to spread the link around, too. There’s a really varied group of ladies sharing their various passions here.

I really enjoyed the article, thanks for putting that out there. I did that cache in the winter too and had a similar experience with the ice stalagmites so it was extra fun to read. I like the idea of the group and believe that I liked it yesterday. 🙂
Oh the woes of the short geocacher!
