      Trying to get the campout a little polished now that it’s all coming together. Someone should put together an updated schedule of events to keep us all on task. I can certainly do that. Can you please give me some input as to when we would like to do the various activities we’ve got going on for the weekend? When it’s done I’ll put it on the cache page.

      OK, so we’ve got the CITO: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
      Kid’s activities: 10 AM – noon
      Already have the night caches on the page 8:30 – whenever
      Merch sales 8:00am – 11:30am

      So…fishing? Does anyone want to take this on? Didn’t Pete do it in the past?
      Dutch oven? Rob, were you doing that one?
      Photo scavenger hunt contest?

      Are we doing some sort of bingo card? Isn’t that more of a picnic thing?

      I feel like I’m forgetting a thing or two.

            I think the scavenger hunt should probably be a Saturday only thing since it will take some time on Friday to get it ready. Anytime up till the meeting.

              Thinking out loud here… Fishing tourney8-10am
              Washers 1030-1230. Not sure how long a game usually takes or how many people will be interested. Thought having it lead into lunch might draw a few others in as they wait to eat. also if we only have one game going at a time, it may take al afternoon. will have to see if we have another set.

                I do have a set I can grab or I should have a set. Also, I should check at work. We made a few sets for a picnic yrs ago so I should check to see if they are available.

                  the fishing derby will start with registration at 8:15 – 8:30
                  fishing derby starts 8:30-10:00

                  Washers tournament 10:30-12:00 or until complete
