Portaging not required. I will be placing a lot more caches for the event but I have placed 3 already. GC5KGHE will get you near the campground and near the portaging lakes that run to the south and east. More info to come but it will be at Sawmill Lake, Birchwood Firelane, Washburn County. There is a primitive campground for those whom want to make a weekend out of it or I may make it a weekend event. You can sign up early at http://www.facebook.com/events/328982793956165/

I might have a problem getting out there to place more caches. I wanted to place caches on all of the portaging trails between the lakes. Can or does anybody want to add some caches around the Sawmill Lake Portaging Area?
Sawmill Lake Portaging Area Event will be held by the stars.
