Saturn will be at its closest pointfor 2015 on May 22-23Saturn will be well placed for observation, in the constellation Libra. It will be visible for much of the night, reaching its highest point in the sky at around midnight local time.
Bring your telescopes if you have them and see if we can get a look at this cool planet. We will bring a few snack items to share. Please feel free to bring along your own refreshments or something to share with the group.
If the weather is bad we can make Saturday May 23rd the rain date.
