The September October list is up.
Go create your fun. Thanks Dave for providing the list and TBC for loading it when I kept failing.
Please, take this back for good now. If there are errors, please let us know and we can tweak it.

09/25/2015 at 1:41 pm #2043148I’m just curious about one thing. There’s a cache listed in Townsend that I found in May of this year, and it was archived the same day. How is it still showing up on this list, and should I still submit a report? For reference, the cache I speak of is GC1HF99.
The Happy Hodag!
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.

09/30/2015 at 10:38 am #2043228Something is amiss. I did a few cache rescues in Early September on the Dr. Seuss hides in Pike Lake, but I don’t appear to have gotten credit for them, but they no longer appear on the lists as either active or complete. Were those lost in the “fix”? Or am I looking in the wrong area?

These are still pending approval for the Rescues. If you are going to want LCG points for these, you will also need to submit them in the LCG module. Both Rescue and LCG are separate reports. Sorry for any confusion.

this may have not been removed from the query before loading.
it is no longer on the list since the reload of the SeptOct listing.

forgot to mention: once the rescue is approved, the selection on the LCG list will go away. that is why the rescues have not yet been approved, to allow you time to enter the LCG submissions on them.
please also enter the rescued cache name in the LCG comments when submitting
thanks

09/30/2015 at 11:21 am #2043232Aha! Now I see. I didn’t realize I needed to log these as part of the LCG. I thought the cache rescue was a separate entity. (Newbies! …. geesh! [8o][:D]). Thanks for the input.
09/30/2015 at 11:54 am #2043236Great learnings here and glad you asked these questions, Furry.
Also, I did update the bookmark for the SeptOct list to take you to a bookmark so that you can create your own PQ of Lonelies.

you don’t NEED to log them in LCG if you are not playing the LCG. Cache rescue is separate from the Lonely Game but if you wanted to gain point for the LCG you would need to submit the LCG reports along with the Rescue mission report.
If you do not want to play the LCG with these rescues, please let me know and I can verify the rescues.

09/30/2015 at 1:37 pm #2043241I don’t mind playing. My main concern was that I needed to do some rescues for a challenge cache I’m working on. I was concerned that the evidence of my executing the rescue disappeared. When I logged them in on the cache rescue page, I thought I saw them move to the “Completed” section. I may have been mistaken, as they aren’t there anymore … even though the one I didn’t get to (Fun is Good – completed by Dreamcatchr) is listed under the “complete” section.

10/01/2015 at 8:07 am #2043259I’ve picked them up, I found them all
I walked the trails from wall to wall
I wrote them up and had a ball!
What else to do? Who should I call?
Maybe the one to call is Paul?
Paul would know. Paul knows all.
One note, two notes, three notes, four
Five notes logged, how many more?
I wrote them all, Oh what a chore.
And now my fingers, they are sore.
I want to sleep down on the floor
Gosh, I hope I do not snore
I should be done now, Is there any more? 😛 😀

10/01/2015 at 9:18 am #2043261Chris, do you know what the dates are for the list? Not found since ??

10/01/2015 at 9:29 am #2043262I dont think I remember ever seeing that. I make a pocket query of them and then sort by old. I dont know if that would help because if someone finds it then that date would be void without posting a new list.
Now that you are professionals at this we could make the hit list of the top 10 or twenty oldest caches.?
