The WGA in the fall and spring clean up a section of highway 10 between Reedsville and Brillion. This has been a WGA event since 2005. The past several years especially in the fall the number of people attending has been dropping.
The board would like to hear what your thoughts are on the highway cleanup. Is this something that we wish to continue doing going forward? Do we want to look into some other form of CITO activity like adopt a trail?
Please let us know what your thoughts are.
As we talked about, I support the CITO idea in any form. If I am available to help at a CITO, I will. If I can’t, I am hopeful others will.
It all depends on what’s going on that day…this year it fell on my grandson’s third birthday so there was no way I would miss that. I’ve been to the WGA’s CITO before and I help out locally too w/road cleanup…think it’s a great thing to do.
