Lapham Peak Pre-Fright Hike Event!!!
Lapham Peak (a geocaching favorite) will hold its annual Fright Hike October 23-24th. This is a fun (and somewhat eerie) one mile hike through the beautiful trails of Lapham Peak State Forest. Cache the day away in Waukesha County and then join me for a pre-Fright Hike Event. We will meet at Cushing Park from 4:30-5:30 and enjoy snacks and beverages. I will have glow sticks available. Wear your silliest halloween hat or dress in Black and Orange for a group picture. After the event, its just a short drive to Lapham Peak to enjoy the hike if you wish to participate. There is a fee to enter the park if you do not have a sticker and there is a $6.00 fee to participate in the hike
There will also be a raffle for an unactivated Zombie trackable for anyone who attends.
The hike is family-friendly but it is up to you to determine if your children would be able to handle it.
