Our family will be making our annual pilgrimage to Door County, the place where geocaching began for our family!

An opportunity to meet up with fellow cachers, both local and vacationers!  Since this weekend is the “Free Fun Weekend” in Wisconsin and there are no state park admission stickers or trail passes are required, what better time to have an event!  June 5th is also a Free Fishing Weekend when people may fish without fishing licenses or state trout stamps. Non-resident all-terrain vehicle operators do not need a non-resident trail pass to ride state ATV trails this weekend either.  There’s no way you can’t have fun!

The log book will be at the posted coordinates (the Whitefish Dunes State Park Nature Center) from 11am until noon.  Group picture at noon.

There will be travel bugs looking to be moved that are traveling up from Chicago with us.  Feel free to grab a one or two and help them along their way!

We can’t wait to start this years geocaching adventure in Door County!
