CITO clean up in Willow River State Park. Rangers have a couple of ideas for us to work on…they’re checking the weather and conditions! In the past, we have cleaned up old farm dump sites, pulled mustard garlic, etc. I will post an announcement when I get confirmation of a project.

DO WEAR TICK REPELLANT AS WE ARE ALREADY SEEING TICKS!

Willow River State Park (WRSP) 10:30 AM to 12:30 Noon. There will be a sign indicating direction of the clean up site. Please bring leather gloves and water.

~~If you plan to attend ONLY the clean up, ask for a complimentary pass. There are many fun caches in this park, so you may wish to stay for some caching after the clean up.

Plastic bags will be provided and (weather and ground condition permitting), park personnel will provide a vehicle for hauling out bags of trash. If not, we’ll place bags in a designated area for them to remove later.
