What do you feel is your best strength you will be bringing to the Board if you were elected? Likewise, what do you feel your greatest struggle/weakness may be?

I believe my strength and weakness are one in the same. I care a lot about what I do and I don’t do anything without putting more than 100% into the things I deeply care about.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Any organization is only as strong as its members and one of my strengths is working with others and chipping in and doing what it takes to get the job done.   Not sure if this would be classified as a strength or weakness but i care about what our members want and am not afraid to vote against other BOD members in the best interest of the members.

A willingness to look at all sides of an issue, before coming to a conclusion. Not rushing to decisions, but first giving them some thought. These are strengths of mine and they really have been gained by my experiences representing other organizations. Along with those, I realize that there most certainly will always be someone on the other side of that fence and I can except an outcome no matter where my heart lies.

A strength I have is being able to put aside personal feelings and working as part of a team. A weakness that I have is that I tend to get wrapped up in something and let other things slide, though I’ve been able to find more balance of late.

All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

My biggest strength that I would bring to the team would being able to work with fellow board members regardless if I agree with them or not. I have honed my skills at constructive conversation when it comes to any situations. I would have to say my biggest weakness would by my spelling abilities. I have struggled with spelling most my life. Don’t worry though, I usually have a Superman around to proof read for the important stuff.

I think my greatest strength is being a logical thinker.  My greatest weakness would be the uncertainty of being a board member.

The views expressed here are that of myself only and do not necessarily represent that of the WGA board.

My biggest strength would be the logical thinking. Making sure whatever the task, we can manage it and have everyone working together. My biggest weakness would be if there was a fight or disagreement, picking a side. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but there needs to be compromise.

A strength I have is working together as a team member to complete projects on time.  I put the team preferences before my own in order to achieve the best results.  I don’t have a problem speaking up when need to be heard with the best intentions for team efficiency.  But if the team agrees to go a different route than my opinion, its understanding and my feelings are not insulted.  Compromise.
