Hi everyone!
I’m new to the site, and fairly new to geocaching, at least compared to the geocachers I’ve met at recent events – only 2 1/2 years. Last year I had a lot of firsts – multi, webcam, whereigo, events mega & regular – so I guess this year is a good year for more, starting with joining the WGA! Well, if you don’t count a co-FTF as the first first.
This year, I hope to add the firsts of my first Letterbox, and my first hides, so I hope to get a lot of advice here for the second!
Happy caching!

02/04/2018 at 7:41 am #2057702Welcome Cami! I actually ran into you last week Saturday in front of Mia’s at GC7F52J (Card Games #5 Spoons). Livingtoplay and Boulder7 insisted we all take pictures with the Toilet Seat TB! Too funny! It was nice meeting you in person. Happy caching!

Welcome Cami! Pleased to meet you!
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Hi Scooter/Kathy!
That was a great event! It was my 4th one in a month’s time, and I was just starting to remember which names goes with which faces! Not very good at that in general, though I keep trying. I found that cache with a couple of others before heading in to eat, so I was in a rare position watching much more experienced cachers find it afterwards, and telling them if they were close.
LTP was funny with that TB! She’s definitely the type of personality for it! I’m somewhat introverted, so while I’ll gladly join in on something like that, I’m not the right person to initiate it.

02/05/2018 at 9:49 am #2057726Thanks, everyone, for the welcome! Meeting a few of you, as well as others who aren’t here or said hello yet, at events has just proven to me what a great community of cachers we have! Talking with other cachers about their hides in person has only made me that more exited to eventually join your ranks! Still going to wait til spring – see this weekend’s weather – but the creative juices are flowing!
Hope to see some of you at the chilli event!
