So where is everyone at after Day 1! Thoughts about GCs idea this summer/at least this spring. Do you think they will be doing another one later this summer/fall? Will there be a TB codes given out this year as well?
I was able to get a total of 50pts today between both my lunch and after work. Was nice getting out and getting a little bit of break. Hitting 50pts got me 4 of the souvenirs today.

03/20/2018 at 9:22 am #2058716I’m at 40 points right now, but that’ll change between today and tomorrow.
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.

03/20/2018 at 9:51 am #2058720I found four caches for 20 points and 3 souvenirs. I was planning to do a little trip to the Wausau area after work today, but the wife wants to drag me out for dinner in Marshfield, so that kind of messes those plans up. Maybe tomorrow I will get to Mars, or even Jupiter.
All opinions, comments, and useless drivel I post are mine alone and do not reflect the opinions of the WGA BOD.

03/20/2018 at 12:29 pm #2058726Got 4 souvenirs but didn’t get credit for 2 mystery caches and 1 multi due to a glitch in their system…it’s since been corrected and 2 more souvenirs popped up on my profile this morning 🙂 A good start but it’s going to get a little more difficult from here on out.

03/20/2018 at 3:15 pm #2058727I’m at zero. Not sure when I will be able to get out and search before the weekend, but that is the start of Spring Break!
The best sig is no sig.
03/20/2018 at 9:28 pm #2058735We have 0 points, but have cache outings planned for tomorrow and some other days as well. We’ll earn our first planets on the Ice Age Trail tomorrow.
03/21/2018 at 10:24 am #2058738Nothing new for me yesterday point wise. But I did submit a new event today for down in Fond Du Lac for April 4th to help get some points at the end (or because I was lazy in getting the event created). Its been submitted waiting on being published now.

03/23/2018 at 9:07 am #2058763Our ability to travel much is limited these days, so it’s going to be a stretch. We were able to take a little trip down the river and into Iowa the other day, getting four ECs and a small number of other caches. Other than that, we’ve been picking up some of the things within our “local” unfound listings. We are out to Uranus, though. We have a sweep of Rochester MN planned, one that would be best on the weekend (read…around Mayo Clinic and downtown) but tomorrow’s forecast isn’t helpful. Maybe the next Saturday. That’s our hope, anyway, and our best shot at getting all of the little artworks. We’ve been doing a lot of maintenance (and some archiving as a result) of our hides, which are not dominated by traditionals, so anyone in our area will have some choices for points if they want to go hiking or solve puzzles!
04/11/2018 at 2:12 pm #2059128Just in case you missed it – they extended this for another week because of the site crashes.
04/12/2018 at 9:31 am #2059148I did see that and I can understand maybe adding a day, but a week? We managed to get our stuff logged once the site was back up. Oh well. Least of my concerns these days. Enjoy the rest of your space travels, everyone!
