“To be early is on time, to be on time is late, and to be late is unacceptable,” so the saying goes. Anyone who is familiar with legendary Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi knows that he always wanted his players to show up 15 minutes early. At 12 noon, we will be gathering at the listed coordinates, where we will be the Starr of the show for as long as it takes until our watches and phones and other personal time keeping devices tell us it’s 12:30 p.m.
Just a head’s up, that big clock on the north side of Lambeau Field is 15 minutes fast, and for good reason, so showing up when our own clock tells us it’s noon would be more appropriate.
