I went to my WGA account and tried to change my e-mail address. It let me type it in, but when I clicked to save the information, it changed it back. How do I change any of the information in my account?
I got a few (autogenerated?) messages from the webmaster with a link to change it. Unfortunately it didn’t work. It is also unusual because the webmaster’s messages came into the NEW e-mail. I replied to the e-mail but I’m not sure it reaches an actual webmaster or not.
Sorry, I forgot to subscribe and didn’t realize you had responded. I passed this on to our webmaster, hopefully he can shed some light. Let us know if you have any more problems.

Hiccup continues. I have tried periodically to make the change. It always says Profile Updated but the change is never saved. Webmaster contacted me so I wanted to give him some time before asking again. WGA newsletter went to the old e-mail still on my profile, but his reply came to new e-mail.
I sent the webmaster another message. PMs and the WGA newsletter are going to the old account, which is listed in my profile. When I click update profile, I get an automated webmaster message with a link. This comes to my new e-mail account, which, when I update information, it sends another link, and so on and so on.
Yes it was my bad, I hadn’t gotten on the site to update/change the information since the last email communication we had. Last night updated the various information so we should all be good now.
Yes, thanks Chris for making the change. I understand you have a lot going on, so thanks for getting to it when you could. Thanks also to Jim and Bob who tried to talk me through it.
