As 2016 draws to a close, come CELEBRATE your 2016 year of geocaching by joining fellow cachers at the wonderful 29 Pines, where the Leap Year Event was held, for a get-together from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.   Food and drinks of all sorts will be available for purchase.  Recognition of all cachers’ geo-accomplishments will occur at 7:00 p.m. followed by door prizes.

A geo-accomplishment is anything you feel you accomplished RELATING to geocaching during 2016.    Some examples of geo-accomplishments are:

Finding your 100th cache.

Finding a cache in another state.

Making finds in 20, 30, or 40 state parks.

Making a find for sixty (60) days in a row.

Finding 10 Island Caches.

Making a find in every one of Wisconsin’s 72 counties.

Finding a Cache for Each Day of the Year .

Keep in mind these are just some examples of geo-accomplishments, there are many more and up to each individual cacher to select the accomplishment they would like to be recognized for.

When you enter a “will attend” log, PLEASE LIST YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT(S) for 2016 so that Paul & Jeff can prepare for Wednesday, December 28th, the recognition we all deserve. Hope to see everyone on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.
