Saturday, August 20th has been designated as International Geocaching Day. To kick off what could be a very fun day filled with fun and exciting caches, let’s meet at 8:00 am in the Southwest corner of the parking lot of the Medary trailhead off County B.

Schedule of events:

8:00 – Arrive, park your vehicle (or bike) and sign the log. Mingle with fellow cachers.
8:10 – Group photo. We’ll try to have at least one photo of the group, and feel free to take as many selfies as you’d like (or photobomb others taking selfies.)
8:15 – Event officially ends.

The group photo will be posted to the cache listing, as well as the Coulee Region Cachers Facebook page. Feel free to post your own photos as well!

This is also a great opportunity to introduce geocaching to others, with many caches placed nearby. After the event, take advantage of what the area has to offer and teach someone about the game we love.

All cachers are welcome, new and old.
