I lived in Monona for 11 years but I did not geocache when I lived there. It was not until I moved back home to San Diego, CA that I was introduced to this addictive hobby. JodiJones, a Madison Area cacher, introduced me to the game when she was visiting San Diego on busines. That was in April 2017. Since then, I have been all over the US attending GeoWoodStocks and other events & seeking the oldies.

I will be in the Madison area from August 21 to August 26. I would love to meet, and perhaps cache with, cachers while I’m there.

I am also looking for interesting caches, geo-art and power trails to do. If I can rent a car, I’d like to go to Michigan for a couple of days to get a couple of specific caches.

I will be bringing one of the ‘Spread Math Love’ trackables with me. If you have not discovered one yet, you can get a souvenir when you discover this one. There are 5 different ones. If you discover all 5, you get a prize. I would love to discover the others typres out there.

My intention was to find a coffee shop or eatery to meet up at but I could not pin some coordinates.
