Ever been to the top of Mount Simon? Probably the coolest place in Eau Claire with a great view of the surrounding area and Dells Pond. Also a great place to meet fellow geocachers, and learn a useful and fun advanced geocaching skill: Projection of a Waypont.  Waypoint projection is a method to set up a multicache, when the cache owner wants to start at an interesting spot, but cannot legally do so for one reason or another.

Training: Will include how to find a cache by projecting a waypoint using the following 4 methods:

1. Good enough guesstimation

2. Android based smart phones

3. Garmin GPS receivers

4. Geocaching Toolbox.com

Training will not cover how to project a waypont by iPhone or with any other GPSr other than Garmin, since I have no knowledge in those areas.
