*** MUGGLE MINGLINGS ***, Saturday, March 28, 2015, 9:30 am, Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center, Ashland WI
This EVENT is scheduled ½ hour BEFORE the Cable Natural History Museum’s Introduction to Geocaching. “LostCheq and Wandering Tracks,” are inviting Geocachers to drop by for the event and then stick around to participate and assist new cachers with all or part of the class. The presentation will use information from Geocaching 101 through Geocaching.com for the basic instruction. There will be several NEW hides for FTF opportunities and put out for this event to provide hands-on experience for the introduction.
The event is intended for ACTIVE Geocachers to “give back” and pass on their knowledge to NEW cachers, as well as a meet and greet.
We will be meeting at the Multi-purpose room. Come through the main entrance and the multi-purpose room is to the right of the front desk. WIFI is available.
A UV Light Cache will be on site, developed before and/or during the event. UV lights will be available to use. This will be a new attribute for many of us to see in action
Light refreshments will be available.
The following is the “write-up” for the intro class:
