Fifth annual event. Look here to read/see how much fun it was last year GC5VB30 . In your will attend log, please list how many are in your group so we have enough “wait staff” on hand (thanks).

When: Sunday, August 14, 2016
Where: “Buffalo Wild Wings” listed at the above coords.
Start Time: 11:30am

End Time 1:00pm

What: Pick up your “photo” Scavenger sheet at the following locations: August 10th Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm at (GC6KPTN), Thursday Night Pre~Ba$h Meet and Greet (GC6KPVZ) August 11th , 10:30am on Friday at Regner Park.
Why: Have a blast “scavengering” around for certain “objects.” Last year some had their scavenger pictures completed by Thursday night.
Hungry~Thirsty? Lunch Specials and Drink Specials available during the event.

On the “photo” Scavenger sheet, you will need to record the coordinates from where you take a picture with yourself/team and your gps’r with the scavenger “object” in view. Upon arrival back here, you/your team will need to show the host your photo’s and turn in your scavenger sheet as well with the coordinates for each “object”.

Each team that completes ALL the “photo” scavengers will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
You NEED to be present for the prize drawing which will take place at 12:58pm.
Someone will be here as early as 11:30am to start checking off pictures and scavenger sheets.

The host will pick out one photo to earn the best photo award contest. Winner MUST be present to win best photo contest at 12:59pm.

Please post your “pictures” on the event page with your attended log.
