Columbus Day is a national holiday in many countries of the Americas and elsewhere which officially celebrates the anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s arrival in the Americas on October 12, 1492. The landing is celebrated as “Columbus Day” in the United States.

Stop on by to help celebrate this special day for one of the hosts. We will be cooking Mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork and smoked pizza. Pizza choice is either pulled pork with red onion, black olive, mushroom and cheese, or cheese and sausage. There will also be smoked calico beans. Let us know your food choice and number attending in your will attend log so we know how much to make.
The event starts at 4:30pm and everything should be ready to eat by 5pm. Bring a side dish to pass if you like however it is not required. Bring your lawn chair, sit around the fire and geo chat and help celebrate. This is our private residence, everyone is welcome.
