Hi!
Would you accept “drop ins” at the camp-out? I might or might not have to work that weekend (I’m on-call for the weekend, so I might work, and I might not.) So if I don’t work, or if I only work a little bit here and there, I might be able to come out to the event. I wouldn’t know until a couple days beforehand though.
Too — if I can go, will there be t-shirts available for someone like me, who is not a regular size?
That’s all my questions for now.
Thanks!
Bec

You can “drop in” but unless you make a reservation there is a good chance there may not be enough supplies for you (cache sheets with coordinates and descriptions, and commemorative log books to stamp your finds). These will all be handed out first to those who makes reservations. There may be a few extras for drop-ins but there are no guarantees.
Regarding T-shirts, if you want to be certain to get one you MUST place an order. We have not yet announced the order form and the deadline so stayed tuned for that. Last year in addition to all the regular kids and adult sizes we also had adult XL and XXL available. The price was a couple of dollars extra for those. By the way, even if you don’t attend the campout you can still order the T-shirt. You would have to make arrangements to have someone at the campout pick it up for you.
Thanks! I really do want to go. It’ll all depend on my work schedule though. I’ll know more about a week before the event. I’ve got my fingers crossed though.
