Thinking my first reply to Wisconsin geocoin designs may be incorrectly in the announcement area, I thought I’d add it here too.
From team Black-Cat’s post, this design is awesome! I previously posted:
“Unless I’ve missed it somewhere else, I have not seen how the winning design (or when) will be chosen.
My opinion is that submission 2 from March 29th is an awesome design that illustrates all the counties in Wisconsin to geocache in with recreational activities on the back – and is a real collectable type design. I couldn’t imagine a more popular coin given the way some collect them.
Also, I think the coin would be even more appealing with a band at the bottom as in Submission 3 for the WGA logo keeping the front clean with only the counties on it… but again, if designs are final & a matter of selecting one – #2 would be my pick to buy a few of.”
Just my two-cents worth if anyone was interested in feedback of any of the designs.
