      2010 WGA Geocoin Pre-sale is over

      Note: If you did not pre-order a 2010 WGA Geocoin and are looking to purchase one, they will be for sale at WGA events including our Winter event and the Camp-out in the spring.

      Now is the best time to preorder a 2010 WGA geocoin to make sure you get one this year. All previous editions of the WGA geocoin have sold out quickly, and this one will likely sell out before Christmas too. To make sure you get your geocoin, go to the WGA Store and preorder yours today. The store is located at: http://wi-geocaching.com/oscommerce/. It is expected that the coins will be shipped in late August or early September.

      2010 WGA Pathtags For Sale:
      Also available for sale online on the WGA store are WGA pathtags and pathtag sets. Pathtags will ship out all at once as soon as the online sale period is over.

        FYI – Roughly half of the inventory of Pathtag sets of 4 have been purchased since the online sale opened Tuesday evening!!

        If your thinking about putting in an order on the pathtags you may want to before they are gone.

              Yes, if the coins are in hand by then (and we plan they will be) we will have some available at the picnic.

                  We are already working on labeling packages and printing packing slips so when they arrive, they can be shipped very quickly. I haven’t gotten a notification email stating that they have shipped, but the online status shows that they have shipped from the mint.

                    I think Marble guy was asking about the Path tags. We were just chatting in the field the other day and asked me if I got mine. As far as I know he bought 2 sets. He would like me to pick up his coins if there will be in by the campout. You can conform with him on that.

                            They will be for sale at WGA events until gone. The next 2 events that they will be sold at is our Winter event end of February, and our campout in May. At this point, they cannot be ordered via the mail.

                            Look for upcoming announcements of the exact dates and locations for both.

                            We may also make them available at other Wisconsin events, where possible. The next non-WGA event that they will be available at is the event in Wausau 10/10/10. See GC2FPQF for details.
