This year’s Geocoin Committee did a wonderful job organizing and executing this fund-raising project.

The following Motion was approved by the WGA Board of Directors.

Whereas the pre-sale of the 2010 WGA Geocoin has completed with a total of 320 coins ordered at $10 per coin + shipping/handling, and

whereas the Geocoin Committee has agreed that 180 additional coins should be purchased for sale at WGA events and whereever else the oppurtunity arises as well as for promotional uses, and

whereas $175 has been paid to TheGeocoinClub as a down payment against the die fee,

be it resolved that the WGA will purchase 500 geocoins from The Geocoin Club. The geocoins will be of the the design submitted in Resolution 10-19.1. The cost of the coins will be $6.51 each. The total cost will be $3255 minus the $175 down payment or $3080.
Be it further resolved that the WGA treasurer will mail a check for $3080 to
