This motion has been passed by the board:

Whereas the bylaws require that the WGA hold an annual organizational meeting on the last Sunday in February, this year February 27, 2011.

Be it resolved that the annual WGA Board meeting be held at the UW-Waukesha Field Station, Waterville. The Meeting will start at 9am, and conclude by 2pm.

Whereas February 27, 2010 has fallen on a Saturday this year, and

Whereas it was noted that this meeting is coming up,

Be it resolved that the date may be February 27, 2011.
