Trudy and I visited this site a few months ago. After reading an inspiring message from SpaceDrifters, I felt a little patriotic rush and this cache came to mind.

Socko would love this one. Park at N43 28.877 W87 58.859 off of Fredonia Kohler Dr [CH H or SH 84]rather than off of CH I. Entrance and exit will be easier and safer. You get to walk right by the No Trespassing sign that way. The sign is intended as a warning to malicious visitors. The park actually belongs to the Ozaukee County Historical Society and they would have no objection to one visiting the site for the sake of visiting the landmark. The sign on the other end of the park says it is open during daylight hours.
This is a great history lesson and well worth the drive to visit.
