What to Do with Pallet of Ammo Cans
-OR-
Get Them Out Immediately or I’m Kicking You Out04/07/2010 at 1:43 am #1926892I would be interested in a 5% share if you can keep the cost at the anticapated $2 or less each.
04/07/2010 at 2:12 am #1926893I’ll do 2.5% as well

Zuma any idea what your max bid will be so we can have an idea of your max percan bid. right now they are 16 cents each at the 150$ bid, If you get them for a 1$ each or lessI would do a full 5% share, if you do them for 2$ each I would do 2.5%. I would imagine others might feel the same way.
Count me in on the above plan.
04/07/2010 at 2:28 am #1926895Id be in for at least 24 of them, more if the price is right.
Zuma you gonna have a event if you win???? the get these ammo cans out of my garage event?
04/07/2010 at 3:35 am #1926896count me in on this as well… i’m just mad my brother has never mentioned anything about this… he works there!
04/07/2010 at 3:54 am #1926897So I would be interested in how much Zuma would have left? In other words how much is spoken for?
I can see it now enough of us want in to the point he has sold 150%! 😆 😉04/07/2010 at 4:08 am #1926898the listing says they are 5.56mm ammo containers. So, is that the narrow box? I have a 7.62mm 200 cartridge box here that is a narrow box. the pic kinda looks like they are the larger boxes, maybe 500 cartridge 5.56mm. the pallet band just happens to be obscuring the lead digit.
Disclaimer : Always answering to a higher power.

I can see it now enough of us want in to the point he has sold 150%! 😆 😉Maybe we need to break it down to 1.25% shares. I could live with 12 ammo cans, but that person putting out all those new caches east of Park Falls might not be able to! 😉
04/07/2010 at 2:36 pm #1926900The Tapps & AuntieNae would be interested as well

That bottom 2nd pallet contains some very large cans on the bottom I think.

I was going to say, that’s a lifetime supply…but then again, I’m sure there is someone out there who could find a way to run out….

I WANT TO CACHE THAT MAP CLEAN!!!!
I want to know the name of that series.
“Cache”quamegon National Forest series??????
04/07/2010 at 3:08 pm #1926903I’m good….there are ammocans just layin all over the place in the woods near me…
(plus I still have 3 or 4 in the garage)

Ya, but one can never have “Enuf Cache” cans
04/08/2010 at 12:05 am #1926905Now, according to the info page on this, the total pallet is apprx. 12′ x 8′ x 7′. Find the volume of that, divide by 960, and each can “size” is about 5 times the size of a normal 30-cal ammo can. That’s an average. Must be a whole lot of big ‘uns on that pallet!
Found a large ammo can cache today, and all I can say is… deep woods and large swamps! The COs of the one we found camoed it with enough bark and branches to be worthy of a shelter made by Bear Grylls! These things definitely won’t fit under lamp posts or on guard rails!
