National Presto bought them to sell back to the army for $20/can. Ammo is extra.
Where’s good old Senator Proxmire when we need him? This would be a prime candidate for the Golden Fleece Award. 🙄
-The Happy Hodag!
The buck stops here. . .and gets entered into Where's George.
Where's George? Stimulating the economy one EMS'ed dollar at a time.

I will never tell 🙂
And now we’ll never know… Unless Ryan has been the one doing this outrageous bidding!
At $5 a can, you can almost pay that little when they’re on sale at Fleet Farm. Thanks to zuma for offering to handle the bidding for our cartel. The ammo can party would have been fun. 🙁
Haha, it wasn’t me who was doing the high bidding. I’m guessing it was an ARMY surplus store that will resell them for a nice profit.
Sure would have been nice to hunt ammo cans instead of bison tubes!!

But then you need a much larger tree to hang it from….
Hmmm you could fit 2800/14 pallets in a one car garage if it was completely empty, couldn’t you??? 🙂
Talked to the owner of the army surplus store in De Soto this weekend and he told us that the price of ammo boxes has gone up quite a bit. 🙁 He raised the prices on his ammo boxes.
