Looks like I’ll be graduating this semester (ye gods!) Do we have a date for the campout yet? I’d really rather go to the campout, but some family members would rather that I attend graduation if it occurs on the same weekend. Graduation is May 14 for UW-Whitewater.
But, even if I do have to go through the ceremony, and it’s the same weekend as the campout — I WILL be there Saturday night!!
Aaahh – graduation, schmaduation! What’s more important? Sitting there listening to boring speeches and getting a piece of paper? OR using billions of dollars of military technology to find containers in the woods???
Seriously, quite a quandry. Hope it turns out ther’s no conflict! I know I am soooo looking forward to being out camping again!

Traditionally, our campout has been held on the weekend before Memorial Day. This is what the board is shooting for this year as well. The date of the campout has not been fixed yet, but I think you can count on attending both graduation and the campout.
Boy, am I out on a limb now!
