I’ve been sorting and tossing school stuff from our sons (age 28 and 25, it’s time!) and I came across a worksheet we must have kept for the poetry on it. I share it here with all geocachers who bushwhack….
Wood tick
Big sucker
Hold still
I’ll pluck her.
Pull gently
Get the head
Squish, squish
It’s dead.
Don’t tremble
With fright
Everything’s
All right.
Oh, my
What fun
Look there’s
Another one.
Orin Cochrane
Ha! That’s great!
Oh the woes of the short geocacher!
reminds me of today’s venture. pulled several of the little suckers off. fortunately no deer ticks and they were not attached.
