Today I visited GCKKPA “The Bugline Cache” and picked up two travel bugs there. I left off a fire department shoulder patch for the 343rd Crash/Fire/Rescue unit at Camp Speicher in Iraq. The camp is named for Scott Speicher, a US Navy fighter pilot who was shot down during Desert Storm and hasn’t been heard from since.
I’d like to treat this patch as a travel bug. It is a one of a kind patch. Let me know where it goes.
