Sweetlife and I completed Hitman’s military cache series today and, in the process, Sweetlife logged #5000 at GC26E2A ; Navy SEAL…very challenging mission but we had a blast…better yet, no cachers were damaged in the retrieving of these caches. Congratulations soldier…at ease:D

12/19/2010 at 5:51 am #1940549Congrats Barry for a great milestone and for putting up with Rod all day. And congratulations also to Val for all of the finds that she accompanied you with along the way. A great accomplishment for some “up north” cachers where the caches along the power trails are all a mile apart.

12/20/2010 at 3:18 am #1940556Congrats on the big 5K! Just have to find time to get over to that series myself after having it on the “hit list” for so long. Maybe some footprints will still be in the snow after the upcoming inches predicted. 😉 Well done!
12/20/2010 at 3:54 am #1940557Special Forces cover all traces of where they have been, tracks were covered over, but there might be traces of a yellow smiley in the snow
12/20/2010 at 6:07 am #1940558Congrats on the 5K on a 5/5. I truly am jealous of both the 5K and you getting the military series finished. Nicely done.

12/20/2010 at 12:44 pm #1940562Way to go Barry and Val but someone in your group needs to see a doctor because the black stuff in the snow concerns me…
